May 10:  Maple Mother's Day - Great Camp Style Brunch or Dinner. enjoy a "100 mile" inspired menus highlighting "Adk liquid gold". Take home maple recipes or maple baked product. Walk our 25 acres or take a canoe ride on quiet Lake Clear, browse our walk-in wine and bier cellar. Dinner with your special guest - Mom!

 

 

May 17:  Roots to Table - Culinary Gardening/Cooking Workshop - don't forget herbs and spices, for flavor and artistry. Using herbs, spices, edible flowers and even vegetable leaves for garnishing and flavor for your summer get-together's. Bring some home for dinner.

May 23:  Cooking and Nutrition - Reclaim the power to ensure vibrant health for you and your family. Explore time tested culinary traditions - take home skills to immediately add nutrient dense foods to your meals and snacks. Workshop by Nutritionist and Chef.

May 29, 30, 31:  BBOW - Beyond Becoming an Outdoors Woman. Women in the woods...with licensed guides. Choice of 3 programs for the weekend or have dinner with an Adk guide.


May 31:  Adirondack Archery Workshop
Hands-on workshop on our lakeside lawn, for the whole family

June 5,6,7:  Birding with the VIC - Special dinner and weekend package in conjunction with the Adirondack Park Visitor's Interpretive Birding Celebration. Dinner with "birders".

June 12, 13, 14:  Grounding and Personal Awareness with Todd Cunningham. Learn to consciously operate your human energy field. Weekend or day programs for beginners to experienced. Or come to dinner and talk with Todd.

June 14:  Adirondack Alps Cooking School - Smoking Foods for Fun, Flavor and Preservation. Using natural herbs and spices for smoking foods. Stay for a "smoked" dinner.

June 21:  Make Dad Happy - "Cooking with bier" demo, bier tasting from around the world plus a special Father's Day Dinner.
